This week at SHOT Show, Leica is announcing a new precision rifle scope that features the PRB reticle I helped them design. I’ve had to keep this quiet for over a year, so I’m excited to finally be able to share all the details!

A few months ago, I published an article about the devices and apps the top precision rifle shooters were using to calculate their ballistics. We saw that 76% used a Kestrel Ballistic Weather Meter, and 22% used some kind of phone app (see the data). Here is the tentative schedule for the upcoming 2017 Precision Rifle Series (PRS) point race events. I normally don’t promote specific matches, but there is one coming up that is a benefit for a friend of mine, Jonathan Rubio. Jonathan is a gunsmith at West Texas Ordnance, the company who built my first precision rifle. He has competed in a few PRS matches, so some of you may have met him.
